Today was the Commencement for the new graduates of 2013 at my university and I felt sort of sad because although it was so exciting to see friends who were graduating (not exactly in my year), it was also sad that they were leaving. & that i would be in their same exciting, anxious positions next year when I graduate. I’m so happy some of my friends have made it this far in this educational career and I’m so excited for what they will accomplish in the coming years ahead. I’m just wondering what I will do… Research? Study abroad? Work a year or two to pay for graduate school? Only time will tell, but for now, I will just bask in the present.
